Filing a DMCA Notice

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on this site, please notify our copyright agent. For your complaint to be valid under the DMCA, you must provide the following information:

1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright's interest.
2. A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, including the URL on our site.
3. Identification of the URL or other specific location on the service where the material that you claim is infringing is located.
4. Your address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed (or to which access was disabled) is not infringing, or that you have the authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner's agent, or pursuant to law, to post and use the material, you may send a counter notice containing the same six elements above. We will forward the counter notice to the original complaining party and may restore the removed material at our discretion, subject to the terms of the DMCA.

Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, BitcoinUrdu has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to the site and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.

Fair Use

BitcoinUrdu publishes news, analysis, and educational content that may include excerpts from third-party sources under the fair use doctrine (17 U.S.C. § 107). We make good-faith efforts to use only what is necessary for commentary, criticism, news reporting, and education, and to attribute sources. Misrepresentations

Be aware that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages.
